We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic VP of Customer Success to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Client Onboarding : Oversee and drive the launch of new clients, including executive account management, strategic positioning, and technical coordination.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, including executive sponsors, to ensure high levels of satisfaction and expanded adoption.
  • Issue Resolution : Address any client or supplier support or technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Data Analysis : Perform data analytics and monitor KPIs to drive platform usage and revenue growth.
  • Business Reviews : Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Feedback : Provide valuable feedback to the Product Development team to enhance and improve product offerings.
  • Expansion Opportunities : Identify and execute on new business and client expansion opportunities.

What You Need for this Position

  • Experience : 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Procurement transformation, ideally within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Skills : Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships and establish trust.
  • Organization : Highly organized with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Technical Aptitude : Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), and experience with purchasing systems (e.G., Ariba, Coupa, SAP).
  • Education : Bachelor's or Advanced Degree preferred in Business, IT, Purchasing, or Finance.
  • CRM Knowledge : Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Language Skills : Business fluency in a second language such as French or Spanish is a plus.
