Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial, executive communications, corporate communications, or thought leadership within financial services or asset management.
• Deep understanding of investment markets, products, and institutional, intermediary, and wealth audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex investment ideas clear without losing precision.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute TCW's enterprise thought leadership and editorial content strategy across macro perspectives and investment themes spanning Fixed Income, Alternatives, and Equities.
• Serve as a strategic editorial partner to senior executives, developing executive messaging, speeches, talking points, bylined articles, presentations, video scripts, and other communications.
• Build and maintain executive narrative frameworks and message platforms that connect TCW's investment expertise with brand voice across channels.
• Translate investment discussions into differentiated thought leadership, articles, commentaries, and campaign concepts.
• Own and maintain the enterprise editorial calendar and coordinate across TCW.com, social media, email, video, podcasts, and sales enablement channels.
