• Standardize construction processes, reporting, and technology (e.g., Procore) across the portfolio to improve consistency and visibility for leadership.
• Report portfolio-wide performance, risks, and forecasts to the executive team and ownership on a regular cadence.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements across projects and jurisdictions.

• Proven track record delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget, ideally in retail, multi‑site, or facilities‑focused portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, and industry‑standard project management software (Procore or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high‑performing field and project management teams.
• Excellent negotiation, client‑relationship, and executive communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required; PE, PMP, or LEED credentials a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visit active construction sites, including walking uneven terrain, climbing ladders/stairs, and wearing required PPE.
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods in an office setting.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
