Job summary

HomeServices of America seeks a VP of Communications to lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide communications strategy. The role spans internal/external communications, PR, executive and franchise communications, and crisis management, partnering with leadership to drive engagement and strengthen brand reputation.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate communications, 7+ years in senior leadership, and experience in real estate/franchise sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive communications, public relations, or brand communications experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for corporate communications strategy.
• Experience in real estate, franchising, brokerage, financial services, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide communications strategy.
• Oversee internal and external communications, PR, executive and franchise communications, and crisis management.
• Lead communications for major initiatives, M&A, partnerships, and organizational changes.
• Develop executive messaging, speeches, talking points, and thought leadership.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and manage brand standards.
