Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive workflow standardization, and advance the agency’s Commercial P&C capabilities. The role partners with divisional and regional leaders to optimize service delivery and scale operations while supporting producers and account teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage, hold an active P&C license, and prefer CPCU/CIC designations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Analyze staffing and service demands to develop capacity plans.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and related systems.
