Job summary

Unlearn is seeking a VP of Clinical Solutions to lead a scientific delivery organization of biostatisticians, data scientists, and clinicians. You will drive rigour, governance, and excellence across client-facing studies while scaling delivery and partnering with BD, Product, Engineering, and Quality.

You will guide teams with hands-on leadership, ensure clinical development standards are met, and translate complex analytics into clear strategic recommendations for sponsors and regulators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading scientific or analytical delivery in clinical development.
• Experience at Senior Director or VP level overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record leading data analytics, biostatistics, data science for biopharma.
• ML delivery experience is a plus, but strong grounding in quantitative methods is essential.
• Strong operational skills managing complex, concurrent delivery portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific delivery organization and ensure quality, timeliness, and scientific rigor of customer-facing work across multiple projects.
• Partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, R&D, and Quality Management to shape scopes of work and resolve blockers.
• Serve as a senior scientific voice with customers and establish credibility of Unlearn's science.
• Develop technical team leaders through mentoring and career growth.
• Establish governance standards and quality frameworks for analyses and ML applications.
• Own delivery operations at scale: staffing, capacity planning, and prioritization to manage portfolio growth.
• Report to leadership on delivery health, capacity, and risk, scaling commitments responsibly.
• Build systems and delivery models that maintain quality while growing.
