Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing tax professionals and client engagements.
• Public accounting, tax advisory, or professional services experience.
• Strong technical expertise in business, individual, and partnership taxation.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing professional services organization seeking a senior tax leader to oversee and scale a client-focused tax advisory and compliance practice. This executive-level role will lead tax operations, client service delivery, strategic planning, and team development while serving as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses and business owners.

What You'll Do
