Qualifications

• BSN required for leadership of cardiovascular services.
• Active RN license in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required for clinical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cardiovascular service line strategy.
• Lead program development and expansion across hospitals and ambulatory settings.
• Oversee advanced cardiovascular programs including LVAD and Heart Transplant services.
• Partner with cardiovascular physician leaders to strengthen clinical integration and growth.
• Ensure budgeting, capital planning, and ROI initiatives are effectively managed.
