Qualifikationen

• Senior operator with 12+ years of experience including at least 5 in senior leadership roles.
• Experience building and launching an operating cadence for a multi-team organization.
• Ability to partner with product managers and technical leaders to decide what gets built.
• Ability to define objectives, key results, and metrics with experts.
