Ren is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications to shape how Ren shows up for advisors and donors across content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events for Ren, RCF, and AEF.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, set KPIs, align with Growth leadership, coach talent, manage agencies, and drive a cohesive brand experience that accelerates awareness and donor engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in marketing and/or brand leadership, with senior leadership experience.
• Track record of building a metrics-driven culture with testing and experimentation.
• Experience linking marketing activity to business outcomes through KPI frameworks.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and collaboration with sales is a strong plus.

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events.
• Define brand vision and ensure cohesive narrative across Ren, RCF, and AEF; maintain external audience segmentation.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap tied to growth objectives for awareness, acquisition, and donor engagement.
• Develop attribution and reporting to show programs driving pipeline and revenue; manage agency partners.
