Intapp is seeking a VP of Product Management, Profitability, to own the portfolio behind Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, and Celeste-driven profitability. Lead end-to-end from pricing and time capture to pre-bill review and collections, while guiding a growing PM team through a platform transition.

Report to GM of Profitability BU and influence executive stakeholders. You will drive AI-native product judgment, governance, and auditability, partnering with Engineering, Services, Marketing, and

Qualificações

• Led product management for platform or architectural transitions (migration, modernization).
• Direct ownership of billing/invoicing/revenue capture systems and pricing/packaging knowledge.
• Experience building and elevating a product management function (hiring, coaching).
• Experience taking AI/ML products from concept to adoption, with governance and human oversight in mind.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap across core profitability products and Celeste capabilities; align with revenue milestones.
• Build and lead the product management team with clear standards for discovery and launch readiness.
• Establish agent behavior specifications, confidence thresholds, and governance for AI-enabled products.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Services, Marketing, and Sales on velocity, deployment, and field readiness.
