Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Vice President of Product Management, Profitability, to own the portfolio behind Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, and Celeste profitability capabilities. This leader will move products from capture to invoice, setting roadmaps and owning outcomes post-launch.

The role requires deep work-to-cash product leadership, AI product management, and credibility with clients, analysts, and partners. You will report to the General Manager of the Profitability Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience building and scaling a product management function.
• Proven track record in AI product management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across Intapp Time, Billstream, and Celeste profitability capabilities.
• Build and lead the product management team and set standards for discovery and launch readiness.
• Define agent behavior, governance, escalation thresholds, and post-launch outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Services, Product Marketing, and Sales to ship products and drive revenue outcomes.
• Represent the product voice with clients, analysts, and partners and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
