Job summary

Intapp in Massachusetts seeks a VP, Product Management, Profitability to own the product portfolio behind Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, and Celeste profitability capabilities, guiding them from pricing to invoice and revenue capture.

You will set the roadmap, lead a team of PMs, and partner with Engineering, Services, Product Marketing and Sales to ship product and ensure measurable outcomes after launch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PM teams in B2B software environments.
• Direct ownership of billing, invoicing, revenue capture, pricing or order-to-cash/work-to-cash systems.
• Proven track record building the PM function: hiring, leveling, coaching, and elevating standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, and Celeste profitability capabilities from pricing through capture and invoicing.
• Build and lead the product management team with clear standards for discovery, pricing, packaging, launch readiness and post-launch outcomes.
• Establish AI governance, define agent behavior, confidence thresholds, and auditability to meet professional services standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Services, Marketing and Sales on velocity, quality, deployment, and field readiness; own product health and monthly reviews.
• Represent the product voice with clients, analysts and partners and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
