Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, information systems, engineering, business).
• Ten years of progressive AI/data analytics experience with at least five years in leadership roles.
• Experience developing AI/analytics strategies, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Experience in a regulated financial or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for AI, data governance, BI and advanced analytics.
• Develop and execute a responsible AI and data analytics strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead identification, prioritization, delivery and oversight of AI/analytics solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, legal and audit leaders to ensure secure, ethical data practices.
