Job summary
T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Director of AI & Data Engineering to lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of data and AI products across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.
The role drives scalable patterns, data pipelines, and Lakehouse enhancements to support business decisions and enterprise goals. The ideal candidate brings 10–15+ years in strategy and architecture, 7+ years in leadership, and deep experience with cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Vision, strategy, and execution of data/product initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Facilitate data-driven decisions through KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer-centric product development with IT and business partners to ensure data availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data and AI production solutions in the cloud using enterprise design patterns.
- Set strategic direction for end-to-end information solutions across FP&SC.
- Promote innovative AI products with business and tech stakeholders.
- Evaluate new software/packages to deliver reliable, scalable data and AI products.
- Lead and mentor teams to sustain high performance and value delivery.
