Job summary

The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees is seeking an Associate Vice President for Advancement Strategy. This senior role reports to the Senior Vice President for Advancement & Partnerships and serves as Strategic Advisor, Campaign Co-Director - Administration, and Chief of Staff within the division's Executive Team.

• Lead Campaign Co-Director roles and manage marketing/communications for fundraising campaigns.
• Oversee campaign planning, timelines, and progress tracking across multiple teams.
• Provide Chief of Staff duties including confidential counsel on fundraising and alumni engagement.
• Supervise a team of 10–15 staff and ensure effective division coordination and budget oversight.
