University of Central Florida seeks an Associate Vice President for Advancement Strategy to align strategy with execution, and to lead two teams focusing on foundation relations and communications/marketing for development campaigns. The role reports to the Senior VP and serves as Campaign Co‑Director – Development plus Chief of Staff to drive priorities and measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in higher education advancement or nonprofit environment.
• Capital campaign planning/management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive materials.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and sound judgment.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Master's degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and guide campaign management.
• Serve as Chief of Staff and advisor to Senior VP and Executive Team.
• Supervise a 10–15 member team across two departments.
• Prepare reports, briefs, and executive materials for leadership.
• Coordinate division activities and maintain cross‑department communication.
• Oversee budget development and expenditure oversight for related teams.
