Job summary

University of Central Florida seeks an Associate Vice President for Advancement Strategy to serve as Strategic Advisor, Campaign Co-Director - Administration, and Chief of Staff. This senior role partners with the Senior Vice President to align priorities, manage risks, and drive disciplined execution across two teams and broader donor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years of leadership experience.
Experience in higher education advancement, fundraising, or a related nonprofit environment.
Demonstrated success leading teams of 10+ staff and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President and Executive Team, translating strategy into action and tracking division-wide goals.
Lead the marketing and communications administrative side of fundraising campaigns and management of campaigns across teams.
Oversee campaign planning studies, timelines, and progress tracking with accountability routines across multiple teams.
