BridgePoint Associates, LLC., based in Eastern Pennsylvania, seeks a Terrific Vice President of Advancement to lead strategic and tactical fundraising efforts. This hybrid role reports to the President & CEO, guiding a team of two and growing the organization’s fundraising to meet its $1 million annual goal.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-7+ years of fundraising experience.
• Ability to leverage metrics to drive fundraising goals.
• Experience with donor CRM and fundraising data to drive strategy.
• Self-driven with the ability to set and achieve goals independently with a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to secure donations through diverse funding streams, including individual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and events.
• Manage a portfolio of high-level donors and prospects.
• Develop strong relationships with donors and prospects to close annual and multi-year commitments.
• Develop fundraising metrics and create donor stewardship strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO to liaison with committees and the Board of Directors.
• Travel within the Eastern PA region as needed.
