BridgePoint Associates, LLC. seeks a Terrific Vice President of Advancement for an education nonprofit in Eastern Pennsylvania. This hybrid role leads fundraising from individual giving, grants, and events, guiding a small team and collaborating with the CEO and Board to reach a ~$1M annual fundraising goal.

The VP will manage two staff, build donor relationships, and travel within the Eastern PA region, reporting to the President & CEO. 5–7+ years fundraising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to secure donations through diverse funding streams, including individual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and events
• Manage a portfolio of high-level donors and prospects
• Develop strong relationships with donors and prospects to close annual and multi-year commitments
• Develop fundraising metrics
• Create and implement new fundraising and donor stewardship strategies
• In collaboration with the CEO, serve as a liaison to committees and the Board of Directors
• Collaborate with outside vendors for marketing initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of two
• Travel as needed within the Eastern PA region

Salary Range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience

Terrific Vice President of Advancement (VP) position with an education focused nonprofit in Eastern Pennsylvania. The organization partners with school districts to provide support and resources, empowering students to stay in school and achieve in life.
