Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to secure donations through diverse funding streams, including individual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and events.
• Manage a portfolio of high-level donors and prospects.
• Develop strong relationships with donors and prospects to close annual and multi-year commitments.
• Develop fundraising metrics and create donor stewardship strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO to liaison with committees and the Board of Directors.
• Travel within the Eastern PA region as needed.

Salary Range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience

Terrific Vice President of Advancement (VP) position with an education focused nonprofit in Eastern Pennsylvania. The organization partners with school districts to provide support and resources, empowering students to stay in school and achieve in life.

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to secure donations through diverse funding streams, including individual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and events
• Manage a portfolio of high-level donors and prospects
• Develop strong relationships with donors and prospects to close annual and multi-year commitments
• Develop fundraising metrics
• Create and implement new fundraising and donor stewardship strategies
• In collaboration with the CEO, serve as a liaison to committees and the Board of Directors
• Collaborate with outside vendors for marketing initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of two
• Travel as needed within the Eastern PA region
