Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 5–7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; familiarity with HUD loan covenants.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analytics for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead year-end audits, tax projections, and financial statement preparation.
• Provide financial analysis to support capital investments, pricing, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor market trends to inform planning and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team and manage external auditors and regulators.
