Job summary

NOCD is a digital health company focused on OCD care, seeking a Vice President of Accounting to design and scale our accounting infrastructure for a fast-growing org with 1,400+ employees.

You will oversee all accounting operations, automate processes, and ensure GAAP reporting, controls, audits, and tax compliance, while partnering with the CFO and leadership to enable continued growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership.
• 7+ years as Controller or VP in high-growth environments.
• Experience in 1,000+ employee organizations.
• GAAP expertise including ASC 606 and ASC 842.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and automation of processes.
• Improve close timelines and GAAP reporting/compliance.
• Lead audits, tax, internal controls and cash management.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Partner with CFO and executives to scale financial infrastructure.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance

Master’s degree in accounting or MBA
