Qualifications

• Experience owning accounting for a branch-based, multi-site services business.
• Ability to centralize accounting into a home-office model with strong internal controls.
• Experience leading month-end close and external audits.
• Proven track record with acquisition integration and post-close accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and audit across brands.
• Serve as trusted CFO extension, partnering with FP&A, IT, and ops leadership.
• Own reporting output, interpret numbers and challenge the FP&A process.
• Lead payroll, A/P, treasury, and transactional operations across multiple brands.
