SBT is seeking a leader to shape the NPI lifecycle for complex precision tools in San Francisco. You will own the early phases of product development, leading teams through the transition from R&D to high-volume production.

The role requires a strong manufacturing mindset, capable of building structure in a fast-paced environment. You will manage supplier relationships and drive integration for prototypes, ensuring the tools are manufacturable and scalable.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in taking complex capital equipment from R&D to repeatable manufacturing.
• Experience developing strategic suppliers and managing contract manufacturers.
• Ability to work and earn credibility in engineering teams.
