Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President in the Analytics & Data organization to join the NNA Analytics and Insights team. The role focuses on deep analytics of transactional data, money movement trends, and support for reporting in NNA, FBF, and P2A across global stakeholders.

The candidate will build data flows, validate data quality, and collaborate with NY, Budapest and Mumbai teams while leveraging AI tools to drive efficient, high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in data/analytics, preferably in financial services.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau, Python, Dataiku and AI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build new data flows addressing high-impact questions on NNA, FBF, P2A and competitor flows.
• Assist in NNA/FBF/P2A reporting across projects and stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
• Analyze business drivers and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior members across NY, Budapest and Mumbai.
• Explore efficiency through AI tools and standardized processes.
