Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York is seeking a Vice President to join the Analytics & Data organization within Wealth Management. You will lead deep analytics on Net New Assets, money movement trends, and support Fee-based flow and Path-to-Advice metrics.

You will build data flows, validate data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across NY, Budapest and Mumbai, guiding junior team members while leveraging firm AI tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with multiple data sources and data quality control.

Responsibilities

• Build new data flows to address high-impact business questions (NNA, FBF, P2A).
• Assist in NNA/FBF/P2A reporting across projects and stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
• Analyze business drivers and communicate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Guide junior members across NY, Budapest and Mumbai on priorities.
• Explore efficiency by leveraging AI tools and creating standards.
