Qualifications

• MD required, preferably with board certification in neurology or international equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical development experience in neurology at pharma/biotech companies.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Steer the direction for the current and future Neurology portfolio at Corcept.
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of clinical development plans for neurology molecules.
• Partner with senior management, operations, marketing, and sales to drive product development.
• Prepare and manage study budgets for the neurology program with clinical operations and R&D finance.
• Lead validation studies for companion diagnostic products with internal and external collaborators.
• Engage in regulatory discussions and filings (INDs, CTXs, NDA/MAAs) during development.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, safety, regulatory, medical writing, and medical affairs.
• Interface with key opinion leaders and conduct research collaborations.
