Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in health care including provider network management/contracting
• 7+ years management/leadership experience
• Strong relationships with hospitals, provider groups, and IPAs
• Expert level knowledge of reimbursement methodologies across Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication at executive level

Responsibilities

• Develops provider network and contract strategies to meet financial goals and ensure adequate coverage
• Directs the preparation and negotiations of provider contracts with physicians, hospitals, and other providers
• Oversees contract management system and templates; collaborates with legal on revisions
• Leads senior leadership and committees to address strategic goals of the department and organization
• Oversees plan-specific fee schedule management and provider information maintenance
• Develops and sustains high-performance team, coaching and staff development
