Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President to join the Analytics & Data organization in the NNA Analytics and Insights team in New York. The role focuses on deep analytics of transactional data, money movement trends, and supporting reporting for NNA, FBF, and P2A metrics.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in data/analytics within financial services, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, and data tools, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Python, Dataiku and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data flows addressing Net New Assets (NNA), FBF, P2A, and competitor flows.
• Assist in NNA/FBF/P2A reporting across projects and stakeholders.
• Validate data, reconcile inconsistencies, and troubleshoot scenarios for high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze business drivers and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior members across NY, Budapest and Mumbai.
