Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President for the North America Markets Treasury team to manage financial resources across balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and leverage. The role partners with trading desks and cross-functional teams to drive results and optimize resource use.

You will work with Treasury Data & Analytics, technology, and quant teams to advance the data agenda and develop new analytics tools. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related industry experience in Treasury or Financial Resource roles.
• Deep understanding of Basel III RWA, GSIB, liquidity, leverage and initial margin.
• Experience building and managing a high performing team.
• Strong knowledge of profitability metrics and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on financial resource topics and the business impacts.
• Develop close relationships with trading desks to anticipate needs and understand drivers.
• Partner with trading desks to optimize the use of financial resources.
• Analyze profitability of trading desks across metrics (ROE, liquidity, GSIB, etc).
• Understand effects of proposed regulatory changes to the business and collaborate with partners.
• Understand the competitive landscape across North America and binding resource constraints.
• Understand fund transfer pricing between TCIO and LOB trading desks.
• Provide treasury guidance on services with resource impact, such as clearing and liquidity.
• Help develop new tools and analytics with Treasury Data & Analytics.
