AV is seeking a VP & Product Line General Manager to lead the MUAS Product Line, accountable for bookings, P&L, pricing, and roadmap. This leader will oversee a core team and coordinate with AV functions to drive growth and strategic execution.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and ability to balance resources across programs while maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering business results. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in UAS or defense markets preferred.
• Proven leadership in product line management, budgeting and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and executive presence for presenting to leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Own Orders, Pricing, Investment allocation, customer satisfaction and Profit & Loss for the MUAS product line.
• Lead development of annual operating plan and 5-year strategy for the product line.
• Report financial drivers and market dynamics in business reviews.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs across projects and technology portfolio.
• Create buy-in for product/technology vision with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting for R&D, sustaining activities, and investments.
• Determine pricing strategy and approve bids and pricing gates.
• Monitor product line performance metrics and take corrective actions.
