AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a VP & Product Line General Manager to lead the Medium Unmanned Aircraft Systems (MUAS) Product Line.

You will own bookings, P&L, pricing, investments, and product roadmaps, while supervising a core team and coordinating with AV functions to drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will develop the annual operating and five-year plans, report financial drivers, and manage prioritization across projects, balancing capabilities, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree is desired.

Responsabilités

• Own pricing decisions and investment allocation for the MUAS Product Line.
• Lead development of annual operating plan and 5-year plan for the Product Line.
• Manage budgets for R&D, sustaining activities and other investments.
• Provide risk feedback and contingency plans with PMO and Engineering.
• Establish and analyze product line performance metrics and take action.
