Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction or preconstruction leadership with proven success in modular/prefab.
• Expertise in modular data center fabrication and complex mechanical/electrical systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute prefabrication strategies and provide leadership to teams.
• Implement lean construction principles and workflows for optimization.
• Identify opportunities and manage client/architect/subcontractor relationships.
