Position Summary

A VP of Integrated Modular Solutions leads the strategy, development, and execution of offsite construction processes. The role will oversee estimating, design integration, manufacturing, vendor management, and implement technology (BIM/VDC, automation) to improve efficiency and quality, driving revenue growth through innovative, cost‑effective modular solutions while managing teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute prefabrication strategies, set goals, and provide leadership to the estimating and preconstruction teams.
  • Implement lean construction principles, new technologies (BIM, VDC), and workflows to optimize fabrication and assembly.
  • Identify opportunities, manage client/architect/subcontractor relationships, and contribute to winning bids.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement for modular components.
  • Bridge design, engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of prefab elements.
  • Ensure manufactured products meet quality standards and manage risks associated with offsite construction.
  • Performs other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in construction, or preconstruction, leadership, with proven success in modular/prefab.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and proficiency with relevant software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Visionary leadership with proven executive experience in manufacturing or modular construction.
  • Expertise in modular data center fabrication and complex mechanical/electrical systems integration.
  • Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, ISO compliance, and AI/HPC infrastructure requirements.
  • Financial and strategic acumen including P&L ownership and budget management.
  • Strong track record in facility launch, team scaling, and sustainable growth.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

  • Requires mobility within an office environment.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend.
  • May be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Possess good hearing, normal or corrected.
  • The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • The employee may be required to climb stairs.
  • Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed.
