Reporting to the President, you will set the roadmap, steer development, and partner across Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer and Content to deliver branded, premium products.

• Set a vision for product array and assortment for wine lifestyle products.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing and positioning.
• Manage a team of product category managers to deliver on-time, on-budget products.
• Drive revenue goals by product and overall portfolio.
• Cultivate manufacturing relationships and explore new partnerships.
• Oversee packaging design and QA with Creative and Operations teams.
• Conduct competitive research and stay ahead of market trends.
• Be the Voice of the Customer and track opportunity areas by item.
• Lead Commerce Creative team and drive visual storytelling.
• Provide leadership in photo art direction, catalog production, and digital assets.
