Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a visionary Vice President, Member, Care Delivery & Quality Communications to lead enterprise member and care delivery communications, quality initiatives, and patient-facing content strategy across markets.

This executive role partners with Care Delivery, Quality, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Legal to ensure trusted, timely, and consistent communications for members and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in communications or related disciplines.
• Experience with healthcare operations and care delivery organizations.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, member experience, and reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise member, care delivery, and quality communications strategy.
• Establish enterprise standards, governance, messaging templates, and playbooks.
• Lead communications for care delivery operations, facility openings, and service changes.
• Advise care delivery leaders on communications related to operational challenges.
• Oversee member-facing messaging and content governance across channels.
• Coordinate communications across health plan, hospital, medical group, and markets.
