Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

• 10+ years of work experience in health care.
• Experience in physician practice operations, finance and strategic planning.
• Presenting to Board of Directors.
• Contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, manage and maintain the operating support functions for the medical group.
• Oversee contracts and payment methodologies for physician services.
• Lead physician recruitment and onboarding of new physicians and services.
• Align physician contracts and payment methodologies to standardized systems of payment.
• Collaborate with physician leadership on strategic growth opportunities.
• Provide executive oversight of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
