Job summary

TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency, seeks a Vice President, PR to own US client relationships, drive campaigns, and lead senior relationships with the London office. You will build media strategies, manage multi-market pitches, and ensure profitable client service across teams in the US and abroad.

Leading a team and mentoring staff, you will shape strategic communications programs, nurture client growth, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction and agency performance.

Qualifications

• Evidence of running a large global client autonomously.
• Experience in the tech sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong media relations skills with notable media.
• Experience leading pitches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with the client and drive retention and organic growth.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns and brief the creative engineering team.
• Run executive media relations programs including media training.
• Ensure delivery of excellent service and rigorous evaluation and reporting.
• Grow client revenue and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage budgets, costs and resource planning.
• Lead credentials and pitches for multi-market prospects.
• Champion US clients across the global network.
• Mentor and develop team; participate in training and interviews.
