TEAM LEWIS is a global marketing agency seeking a Campaign Director to lead a team of campaign executives and managers, ensuring the delivery of creative, forward-thinking client service and strong account profitability. You will deepen client relationships, identify and sell additional services, and oversee media relations, content, digital and social campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B or digital marketing agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile campaigns.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to identify and pursue additional services to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure strategic alignment across campaigns.
• Define KPIs, deadlines and service levels with clients.
• Oversee content, media relations and digital campaigns to deliver results.
• Lead account servicing team and drive profitability and revenue growth.
• Drive new business by pitching and expanding client engagements.
• Provide guidance on PR, digital marketing and storytelling strategy.
