Job summary

Medica seeks a Senior VP of Marketing to set enterprise marketing strategy across Employer, Individual, Medicare, and Medicaid. You will lead a large team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and align marketing with business priorities to drive growth and engagement.

The role is onsite in Minnetonka, with a base pay range of $264,000–$396,000 and eligibility for incentives. Strong leadership, analytics, and budget management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Experience leading teams of teams; developing enterprise and product marketing, DTC, B2B, brand, digital/performance, and communications strategies; managing budgets and agencies

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise marketing direction and growth across four business lines, brands, and markets
• Lead marketing and communications strategy for Employer, Individual, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Oversee brand, engagement, and experience partnerships across channels
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness
• Manage marketing budgets and a multi-million dollar investment portfolio
• Provide strategic direction for a large team of directors and managers
• Collaborate with corporate communications and business leaders to align messaging
