• Bachelor's degree and at least ten years frontline fundraising experience.
• Minimum of five years of managing teams.
• Willingness to travel 25% as needed, including overnights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family partners.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major and principal gifts (five-, six-, seven-figures).
• Oversee Institutional Relations, Leadership Gifts, and Community Fundraising programs.
• Lead donor engagement strategies and complex gift planning discussions.
