Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of transactions aligned with long-term goals.
• Provide business intelligence and integration guidance to implementation teams.
• Define objectives, scope and deliverables for the business development function and lead execution.
• Develop and manage an enterprise growth strategy across KP and market leadership teams.
• Oversee economic analyses, valuations, and diligence for opportunities.
• Coordinate deal teams including external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear integration guidance post-transaction for seamless handoff.
