Job summary

Social Capital Resources is seeking a Bank Loan Syndications Officer at the VP level in Midtown Manhattan. You will coordinate the syndicated loan lifecycle and serve as the principal liaison with agent banks and participating institutions, ensuring accurate, auditable records from pre-closing to post-closing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in syndicated lending, 7–10 years in banking overall, strong knowledge of loan structures and documentation, and familiarity with LSTA practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in syndicated lending.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan structures and documentation.
• Familiar with LSTA practices and standards.
• 7–10 years of banking experience total; 5+ years in syndicated lending.
• Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution and information flow across the syndicated loan lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison with agent banks and participating institutions.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and auditable flow of information from pre-closing to post-closing.
• Represent the Bank on participation-out opportunities and due diligence responses.
• Safeguard integrity of syndicated loan records and documentation.
• Coordinate post-closing matters across branches, agent banks, and participants.
