Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation.
• Process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment.
• Lead the team to drive and implement business initiatives, client solutions, and projects.
• Develop and exercise business plans, policies and procedures.
• Stays abreast of developments in the loan documentation/processing function.
• Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables.
• Coach and train new recruits and support junior staff.
• Build relationships with colleagues, management, internal/external clients and stakeholders.
