Prime Medicine, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an experienced Development Asset Leader to drive in vivo liver programs from IND clearance through regulatory approval.

You will lead a cross-functional team spanning Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs, coordinating with CROs/CDMOs and KOLs while ensuring timelines, budget, and scientific rigor. The role grows into franchise leadership, scaling processes and governance to deploy capital across multiple assets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary programs across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Nonclinical areas.
• Experience directing liver/gene-editing or RNA-based programs is highly desired.
• Experience with AI tools for project/portfolio management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the Integrated Development Plan for liver assets from IND acceptance through regulatory approval/licensure.
• Frame critical considerations that change asset risk/value profile for executive teams.
• Lead a matrixed team across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, Med Affairs, and Commercial.
• Deploy AI-enabled project management tooling (timelines, risk registers, dashboards).
• Design team structure, governance cadence, and knowledge-transfer for portfolio expansion.
• Coordinate with CROs/CDMOs, KOLs, patient groups and Regulatory Affairs for asset interactions.
