Prime Medicine, Inc. is seeking an experienced R&D Executive to lead the liver asset portfolio, starting with IND through clinical PoC and licensure.

This role requires strategic oversight, rigorous scientific leadership, and deep collaboration with regulatory, clinical, and external partners in a lean, high-performance environment. The successful candidate will build scalable processes as the franchise expands, drive governance and team structures, and ensure milestones are met within budget

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of drug development experience in biotech/pharma.
• Demonstrated leadership of a clinical-stage asset from IND through late-stage development.
• Experience in genetic medicines or liver-directed therapies is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the Integrated Development Plan for liver assets from IND through regulatory approval/licensure.
• Lead a matrixed team spanning Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, Med Affairs/Patient Advocacy, and Commercial.
• Serve as a key point of contact with CROs/CDMOs, KOLs, and patient advocacy groups for the asset, and represent the asset in regulatory interactions.
