Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. seeks a Vice President Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end SCIB lending transactions, including Leveraged and Structured Finance, from pre-approval to close and post-close handoffs.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across Front Office, Legal, Credit, Compliance and Operations to ensure timely, accurate documentation, approvals, and lifecycle management, while building scalable procedures and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending execution, with preferred Leveraged/Structured Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance transactions from post-approval through close.
• Maintain closing checklists, track conditions precedent and document status.
• Prepare booking instruction packages and support settlement, funding and post-close activities.
• Coordinate amendments, waivers, extensions and other lifecycle events with Portfolio Management and Legal.
• Contribute to procedures, checklists and training materials for the Transaction Management team.
