Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field is required.
  • Experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS concepts (snowflake/star schema, Hadoop) and data modelling.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects) and ETL tools (Informatica).
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data analysis and develop SQL-based scripts for regulatory datasets.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with Agile methodologies.
  • Perform end-to-end data gap analysis and coordinate data transformation efforts.
  • Create BRDs, functional specs, and test plans; drive UAT and sign-off.
  • Collaborate with Technology, QA, Product, and Operations to implement data enhancements.
  • Support audit readiness, data lineage, and regulatory reviews with documentation.
