Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President, Lead Business Analysis in New York, NY to apply advanced data analysis to regulatory datasets, build SQL scripts, and collaborate with Technology, QA, Product and Operations to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

You will drive end-to-end UAT, document BRDs and specs, maintain data lineage, and support regulatory reviews, with telecommuting up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• Three years of experience in data or business analysis.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and regulatory reporting.
• Agile experience and ability to document BRDs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory datasets and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop SQL scripts and queries to streamline data reporting.
• Collaborate with Tech, QA, Product, Ops to translate requirements.
• Lead UAT and drive end-to-end testing and sign-off.
• Maintain BRDs, specs, data lineage, and audit evidence.
